We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect through btpscoaching.com, why, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

BTPS Coaching is the data controller for information collected through this site. Contact: info@btpscoaching.com

2. What we collect

Contact form submissions (name, email, message) — via our embedded contact form.
Free resource / lead magnet sign-ups (name, email) — when you request the Stuck Style assessment, a workbook, or other free resource.
Assessment/quiz responses — your answers when you take the Stuck Style assessment or similar tools, used to give you your personalised result.
Newsletter sign-ups (email) — if you subscribe to updates.
Purchase information — handled by our third-party checkout provider; we receive confirmation of purchase but do not process or store your payment card details ourselves.
Booking information — if you book a coaching call via a third-party platforms, that provider collects your name, email, and chosen time slot.
Website usage data — via [Google Analytics or similar], including pages visited, general location, device, and browser type. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

3. How we use it

To deliver the free resource, workbook, or assessment result you requested.
To send you emails you've opted into (newsletter, course updates, waitlist notifications) — you can unsubscribe at any time.
To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form.
To manage and deliver coaching sessions and course access.
To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis (UK/EU visitors)

We process your data based on: your consent (e.g. signing up for a newsletter or assessment), the necessity of processing to perform a contract (e.g. delivering a course you purchased), and our legitimate interest in running and improving this site.

Social platforms (Substack, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) — if you interact with our embedded content or follow links to these platforms, their own privacy policies apply

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected — for example, for as long as you remain subscribed to our list, or as required by law for financial records related to purchases.
