This website (btpscoaching.com) is operated by René Follert / BTPS Coaching, operating in England & Wales, referred to here as "we," "us," or "BTPS Coaching." You can contact us at info@btpscoaching.com .

By using this site, purchasing our products, or booking our coaching services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including The Loop, the SHIFT Method, the Stuck Style assessment, workbooks, course materials, images, and text — is the copyright of René Follert unless otherwise stated. No part of it may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form, or used to train any AI or machine-learning system, without prior written permission, except for brief quotations embodied in reviews.

"The Loop," "The SHIFT Method," and related names and marks are the property of René Follert / BTPS Coaching.

3. Products and purchases

Book and digital products (workbooks, courses) are sold and delivered via third-party platforms. Purchases are subject to that provider's own terms and payment processing; we do not store your card details.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
Courses unlock according to the schedule described on the course page. Courses marked "coming soon" or "in progress" are not yet available for purchase; joining a waitlist does not create a contract to purchase.

4. Coaching services

Coaching spots are limited and offered subject to a discovery call and mutual agreement.
Payment terms, cancellation, and rescheduling policy apply.
Coaching agreements are personal to you and may not be transferred or resold.

5. Free resources and email list

By submitting your name and email for a free resource (assessment, workbook, quiz, or newsletter), you consent to receive related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to access it by unauthorised means, distributing malicious code, or scraping/reproducing content for commercial use without permission.

7. Disclaimer of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTPS Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, our content, our courses, or our coaching services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
